Important Change for Virginia Dealers That File Monthly Not Using E-File

Attention Virginia dealers that file monthly who do not already file electronically.New electronic filing requirements become effective for monthly sales tax filers starting with the July 2012 VA sales tax returns (Form ST-9 or ST-9CO) which are due August 20th 2012. Monthly filers will submit returns and payments electronically on or before the due date to be filed on time. See attached information on Virginia website for additional details.
