Firm Strengthens Tradition of Outstanding Client Service Through Transition
RICHMOND, VA (January 1, 2017) – Keiter announces new key leadership transitions effective January 1, 2017. Gary G. Wallace, CPA has been named Tax Practice Leader and will also serve on the Firm’s Executive Committee. Harold Martin will continue to serve as the Practice Leader of the Valuation and Forensic Services Department as well as the Firm’s Executive Committee. Chris Wallace will also continue to serve as the Practice Leader of the Business Assurance and Advisory Services group, a role that he assumed in 2011.

Gary G. Wallace, CPA has 30 years of accounting experience both in the private and public sectors. Prior to joining Keiter, Gary was the Chief Financial Officer for The Riverstone Group, LLC and CCA Industries, Inc. He advises clients on all aspects of tax matters, including tax accounting methods, multi-state tax matters, mergers and acquisitions, income tax accounting and representation with tax authorities.
Harold G. Martin, Jr., CPA/ABV/CFF, ASA, CFE has over 30 years of experience and specializes in business valuation and forensic accounting, including financial investigations and litigation consulting and expert witness services.
Christopher L. Wallace, CPA has 20 years of experience in public accounting providing audit and consulting services to clients primarily in the financial services industry. He has considerable experience in audit, review, due diligence, and consulting with clients on regulatory compliance, complex financial reporting matters, and growth initiatives.
In addition to these key leadership positions, Keiter also is announcing the formation of its Family, Executive & Entrepreneurial Advisory Services practice. This new practice provides a comprehensive approach to prepare families with multi-generational wealth, entrepreneurial business owners, and corporate executives by combining the critical aspects of wealth preservation, philanthropy, and their goals for their successors. This is one of the fastest growing practice areas at the firm. Jennifer F. Flinchum, CPA, CFP®, PFS, previous Tax Department Leader, will head the Family, Executive & Entrepreneurial Advisory Services team which has considerable expertise in strategic planning, succession planning, estate planning, charitable giving planning, and exit strategies, among others.
