Keiter Wins Recruiting Campaign Marketing Achievement Award

Keiter won the 2018 Marketing Achievement Award in the Marketing and PR Campaign: Recruiting Campaign category during the Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM) annual award event.

Association Accounting Marketing - Virginia Accounting CareersAAM presented 29 awards for marketing accomplishment on May 14, 2018, with awards spanning across different categories including Advertising, Branding, and Marketing and PR Campaigns.

Keiter’s recruiting campaign aimed at boosting brand awareness at specific university business schools and increasing the number of entry-level and internship/externship applicants from each of these schools.

The campaign included a variety of different online programs and communications channels aimed at making Keiter a sought-after employer for interns and entry-level staff in Virginia and increasing visibility at on-campus events. Keiter’s marketing and recruiting teams outlined specific objectives which included creating landing pages for each target university and increasing the total number of campus applicants by 30 percent over a one-year period. Not only was the firm able to meet these objectives, it was able to exceed them with a 45 percent increase in campus applicants in 2017 over 2016.

Expert category judges, including professionals in marketing, advertising, communications and professional services, reviewed and judged more than 100 entries. Winning entries were recognized for the accomplishment of a specific goal or objective, executing a project strategically, and measurable results.
