In 2014, the Firm instituted the Lewis O. Hall Innovator of the Year Award. This award recognizes excellence in Firm innovation and forward thinking in the previous calendar year. The Innovator of the Year Award recognizes an individual who has brought unique thinking into the Firm to: improve any of the Firm’s operations, identify creative solutions, impact productivity, or enhance the climate and culture of the Firm.
Congratulations to Lauren Andrews, HR manager, who was named Keiter's 2015 Innovator of the Year! Nominated and selected by her peers at Keiter, Lauren has been recognized for her innovative ideas, sincere dedication to the Firm, and her ability to enhance staff development.
