Lauren joined the Firm in 2008 after working in fundraising and development at local non-for-profit organizations. She first supported Keiter’s recruiting and training functions and now manages the HRM (HR Management) segment of the department, including employee benefits and compensation, employee relations, and performance management. Lauren builds dialogue between staff and management in order to identify the opportunities that increase retention and affect engagement.
