Your Role…

We are looking for someone with excellent technology and communication skills, a desire to help others grow in their careers, and who values building strong relationships and providing excellent client service. Our TD Manager will work at least three days in the office.

Some of the main responsibilities of this position include:

Learning and Development

  • Manage the Firm’s learning function and individual learning plans including working with our Education Committees
  • Oversee Firm-wide educational activities with both internal and external training providers, and both on-site and off-site classes
  • Leads and directs the creation of the Firm’s leadership development strategy and supporting programs
  • Oversee Firm and individual CPE compliance and tracking
  • that Keiter is meeting its obligations as a NASBA CPE Sponsor

Performance Management

  • Manage the performance management process including: communication, tools, reporting, training, and overall organizational planning
  • Manage the staff goal-setting process
  • Run the Firm’s real-time feedback system (viRTF), producing monthly reports, updating forms in the system, and creating new ones.
  • Oversee the Firm’s Mentoring program
  • Manage executive coaching program by connecting employees with external coaches, then meeting with the coachee, coach, and a Partner several times during the coaching engagement
  • Supports our Firm’s Performance Coaching program

Other Responsibilities

  • Serve as Performance Coach for our TD team members
  • Collaborate with our Finance team in the preparation of annual HR budget and execute expense control procedures
  • Develop and conduct classroom and/or virtual training sessions on Career (“soft”) skills occasionally
  • Promotes a positive development and feedback culture
