Keiter promotes Menefee and Murray to Partner
Keiter, a Certified Public Accounting firm, announces that Amy Rybar Menefee, CPA, CFE and John T. Murray, CPA have been promoted to Partners as of October 1, 2019.
Gary Wallace, managing partner of Keiter, is proud to have Amy Menefee and John Murray join the partner team.

Amy Menefee has served Keiter clients for over 10 years. She has over 14 years of experience providing audit and consulting services to clients in the insurance, not-for-profit, waste management, and manufacturing industries. Amy is a member of Keiter’s Not-for-Profit, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Manufacturing & Distribution Industry teams. In addition, she serves on the Recruiting and Scheduling Committees at Keiter. Amy is a co-founder and board member of Charitable Souls Foundation Inc., a not-for-profit corporation, and is active with Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church Finance Council and the Richmond Chapter of Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance.
John Murray has served Keiter clients for over seven years. He has over 13 years of experience providing tax planning opportunities and insights for closely-held businesses in real estate, manufacturing & distribution, technology, private equity, financial services and individuals. John is a member of Keiter’s Financial Services and Mergers & Acquisitions niche groups. He serves on the Firm’s Workflow, XCM, Scheduling, and Technology committees, and he teaches and develops staff. John supports numerous community initiatives and is currently involved with the Virginia Council of CEOs. He is a former board member of the Richmond Venture Forum.
