Alanna Johnson selected for SHRM HR Tomorrow Leadership Program
Keiter is proud to announce that Alanna Johnson, Recruiting Specialist, has been selected to participate in the SHRM HR Tomorrow Leadership Program (HR Tomorrow). HR Tomorrow is a leadership development program established for emerging human resource (HR) professionals who have two to four years of HR experience.
The program is designed to strengthen the HR field by equipping emerging professionals, particularly those who are underrepresented in HR, with the resources and support necessary to develop strong leadership skills. By fostering their growth, the program aims to enhance the sector through increased opportunity, diversity, innovation, and long-term professional advancement.
Through the HR Tomorrow program, Alanna will engage in leadership development, networking, and HR-focused education designed to enhance strategic impact within the profession. She also plans to pursue her SHRM-CP certification as part of her ongoing professional advancement.
About Alanna Johnson
When Alanna was accepted into the program, she held the title of Campus Recruiting Specialist, managing internships, externships, and university partnerships. She recently transitioned into the role of Recruiting Specialist, where she supports the Firm’s hiring initiatives, candidate experience, and talent pipeline development.
Alanna holds a B.S. in Aviation Science from Elizabeth City State University and an M.S. in Higher Education Administration from North Carolina Central University. A proud HBCU graduate, she champions diversity and early-career success in the accounting and business fields.
