In our industry, having CPA credentials is critical and inspires confidence within our clients. Keiter offers many benefits to assist with obtaining your CPA credential, including:

  • Assistance towards the cost of a review program of your choice (up to $2,700; Keiter has a partnership with Becker)
  • Paid time off for test taking days (up to 32 hours)
  • Bonus for passing the exam ($5,000 if passed within 15 months of starting full-time, $4,000 any time after your first 15 months on the team – this bonus covers the cost of exam fees, registration, etc.)

Entry-level employees participate in Keiter’s Career Development Advisor Program, which provides structured support throughout the first year and beyond.

Through regular touchpoint meetings, new hires receive guidance on training, goal setting, CPA progress, and overall career development, with continued check-ins designed to support long-term growth at Keiter.

During busy season, team members can expect to work approximately 55 hours per week as we support our clients during their peak deadlines.

We make it a priority to recognize the team’s hard work through weekly busy season dinners, rotating food trucks for lunch, wellness activities like yoga and meditation sessions, weekly raffles, and surprise treats throughout the season. To support work-life balance, reduced hours are offered during the summer months.

Entry-level positions are typically posted in late summer of the year prior to the start date.

Recruiting and interviews take place from August through March, with opportunities to connect with Keiter at college campus events in early fall.

Offers are extended by early spring, with Audit new hires starting in late August and Tax new hires beginning in late October.
