In keeping with AICPA Code of Professional Conduct requirements on “Hosting Services”, Keiter is only able to store client financial information on the Keiter Portal for a limited time of one year. All documents stored on your portal will be deleted 365 days after they are uploaded.
On June 27, 2025, the Keiter ShareFile portal was replaced with HubSync, our new communication and document sharing platform. Your client service team will contact you when it’s time for you to set up your HubSync account.
