Office Services Manager
Depending on the services provided to you by Keiter, you will have access to portals for secure information sharing. Our portals are meant for two-way document sharing between you and your Keiter client service team.
Sharefile Client Portal
Our Sharefile Client Portal is used for sharing and temporarily storing financial information essential to your Keiter client service engagement(s). Upon setup, you will receive an email from the Keiter Assembly Team at firstname.lastname@example.org with instructions for setting up your portal.
SafeSend for Individual Tax Clients
As tax season approaches each year, tax clients will be sent digital tax organizers and tax returns via the SafeSend platform from Keiter at email@example.com. This will be the secure platform that you will access and electronically sign your tax documents for your engagement(s).
*Please note that due to AICPA regulations, we are only able to host your secure documents for 365 days from the original upload date. Annually, we will send a reminder when you should review your portal documents and download any copies you may wish to keep.
