Joanie Staub is a Fractional CFO for the Client Accounting & Finance Services practice of Keiter. She joined the team in November 2025, bringing over 28 years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience across diverse industries in a transformation phase. She started her career in Big 4 public accounting before transitioning to private industry after earning an MBA from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. Joanie held financial leadership roles at ChemTreat, a subsidiary of Danaher, Century Distribution Inc, formerly a subsidiary of K Line, and James River Petroleum before starting her own fractional CFO and other accounting services practice in 2023.
Joanie is a trusted collaborative business partner to the executive leadership team with a focus on value drivers, scalable business processes and actionable financial reporting to drive performance.
