Mandy has over 20 years of experience working with public accounting firms in the areas of training, career development, compensation, and recruiting. In her tenure at Keiter, Mandy has expanded the training and education planning programs and transitioned to a more strategic role in Human Resources.
She works to align the Human Resources Department’s programs with the vision, mission, and strategic plan of the Firm.
