Mandy has over 20 years experience working with public accounting firms in the areas of training, career development, compensation, and recruiting. In her tenure at Keiter, Mandy has expanded the training and education planning programs and transitioned to a more strategic role in Human Resources. Her expertise lies in recruiting top caliber candidates and interns through our on-campus recruiting initiatives and in developing and applying pay-for-performance models of compensation.
She works to align the Human Resource departments programs with the vision, mission, and strategic plan of the Firm.
