Keiter is seeking motivated students to join our Summer 2026 Internship Program. This is an opportunity to gain a flexible and customized learning experience, work directly with clients, and explore what it means to build a career in public accounting. What You’ll Do:

As a Keiter Intern, you will:

• Contribute to real client work in both Tax and Audit
• Build your skills with training on accounting systems and firm processes
• Collaborate with peers and professionals in a supportive, team-driven environment
• Gain exposure to career opportunities in public accounting, including the CPA track
• Participate in firm-sponsored events and networking opportunities

What You’ll Bring:

• Completion of at least one semester of an intermediate-level accounting class
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other computer skills
• Interest in pursuing a career in public accounting and sitting for the CPA exam

Internship Overview:

• Schedule: Monday – Thursdays, with Fridays off
• Format: In-person, hybrid, and virtual options available. In-person experience is strongly encouraged
• Onboarding: Interns are asked to attend the first two weeks in-person; lodging and meal support provided
• Returning Interns: May specialize in either Tax or Audit based on prior experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or accounting systems
• Have completed at least one semester of intermediate accounting
• Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and collaborative mindset
• Growth-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to make an impact
