Keiter is seeking a Tax Executive Assistant to support our growing tax practice and serve as a key partner to Tax leadership and client service teams. This role is essential in ensuring seamless coordination, organization, and communication across engagements while supporting both internal operations and client relationships.

What You’ll Do:
As a key member of the tax administrative team, you will:
- Draft, format, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and engagement letters
- Maintain and update document templates and internal repositories
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including logistics, catering, and A/V needs
- Serve as a point of contact for client and internal inquiries, providing backup support as needed
- Manage Partner calendars, ensuring accurate scheduling and preventing conflicts
- Assist with processing and tracking client tax returns and extensions
- Support electronic filing processes and maintain accurate status updates in firm systems
- Prepare expense reports, coordinate travel arrangements, and manage conference registrations
- Assist with new client onboarding and engagement documentation
- Provide administrative support including database entry, scanning, copying, and report preparation
- Collaborate with administrative team members to deliver seamless client service
- Support firm initiatives and provide backup support for office operations as needed
What You’ll Bring:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Additional Responsibilities:
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment
- Communicate effectively and offer thoughtful solutions to support team and organizational needs
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
- Occasionally lift and transport packages up to 25 lbs. using appropriate equipment
