What You’ll Do:

As a key leader in our Non-Profit Tax Services team, you will:

  • Serve as a liaison between partners, clients, and staff during all phases of non-profit tax engagements
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of non-profit clients across multiple industries and sectors
  • Provide strategic guidance on complex tax matters including unrelated business income, exempt status, and state and federal compliance
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, helping them achieve their business and financial goals
  • Share technical knowledge and professional skills with tax associates
  • Participate actively in new client business generation
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and professional team environment

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Active CPA license required
  • 5+ years of experience in public accounting, tax consulting, or equivalent work, specifically with non-profit organizations
  • 3+ years of focused experience in non-profit taxation
  •  Strong technical and analytical skills in exempt organization tax compliance and planning
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and client priorities
  • A collaborative and inclusive leadership style that supports a positive work culture
  • A passion for developing future professionals
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and tax preparation software
