Keiter is seeking a Tax Manager to join our Family, Executive, & Entrepreneur Advisory Services (FEEAS) tax group, a dynamic and growing practice serving high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational families, executives, and business owners. As a key leader in the FEEAS tax group, you will:
• Serve as the liaison among managers, senior managers, partners, clients, and staff during all phases of tax engagements
• Manage complex individual, trust, estate, and multi-state tax engagements from planning through delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, coordinating directly with their attorneys, brokers, and other third-party advisors
• Demonstrate strong technical proficiency in accounting, individual taxation, and trust/estate matters
• Apply comprehensive knowledge of the U.S. Tax Code and compliance requirements
• Mentor and develop staff through coaching, feedback, and teachable moments while actively seeking feedback from others
• Participate in business development efforts, including relationship building with service providers, networking with potential clients, and following up on leads
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and professional team environment
• Active CPA license required; CFP® or other planning credentials are a plus
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting, tax consulting, or equivalent advisory experience
• Strong technical and analytical skills in individual, trust, and estate taxation
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• A commitment to team development, continuous learning, and professional growth
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tax preparation software
