We are pleased to welcome Branden J. Elmendorf, CPA, MBA to Keiter as a Tax Senior Manager and Raleigh Market Leader. Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, Branden brings more than 15 years of experience advising clients on complex tax compliance matters, with a strong focus on pass-through entities. He joins Keiter’s growing Tax team and will contribute to the Firm’s Professional Services, Private Equity, and Healthcare Industry teams.

Prior to joining Keiter, Branden served as a Senior Tax Manager at Cherry Bekaert, where he advised clients in the Professional Services Industry Group. His experience includes leading multi-state partnership and individual tax engagements and delivering strategic tax planning services to a diverse client base.
Branden earned his MBA from Syracuse University and his bachelor’s degree from Siena College. His appointment reinforces Keiter’s mission to provide forward-thinking insight, personalized support, and deep industry knowledge to help clients succeed.
