Pamela joined Keiter in 2005, expanding the Talent Development function into an award-winning program on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA).
Pamela specializes in career and executive coaching. She employs a customized and individualized strategy to guide team members and leaders toward achieving their full career potential and realizing their leadership aspirations. Pamela holds certifications with the Birkman Method and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator assessments as well as being a certified Job and Career Development Coach and a certified trainer in Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue.
