Pamela works at both the organizational and individual levels to create opportunities for learning and growth. At the organizational level, she works with the Firm’s succession planning and executive performance management programs, and leads Keiter’s corporate university. She also works with internal clients through an in-house coaching program, and does stand-up training.

Pamela has worked in the accounting field since 1992. An accountant in private industry for 12 years, she gained experience in banking and retail. In 2004 she left a Fortune 500 company to transition into training and development, and now helps lead the human resources function at Keiter.

Since joining Keiter, Pamela has been instrumental in building the learning and human resources functions, revising the evaluation process, streamlining HR procedures, and leveraging technology to boost efficiencies. A theater devotee, Pamela attends and performs in Richmond area productions.
