Paul focuses on business tax planning and compliance, general business consulting, transaction advisory, and individual tax for privately-held clients with an emphasis on limited liability companies and flow-through taxation. Many of Paul’s clients are in the real estate and financial service industries, including multi-family and manufactured housing portfolios, alternative investment vehicles, and broker/dealers; but he also serves a variety of other industries including equipment dealers, startup companies, and insurance brokers. Paul also assists clients with evaluating tax and business implications of asset and stock purchases/sales, mergers, like-kind exchange transactions, and reorganizations.
Paul co-leads the Firm’s Cost Segregation team. He is also a member of the Firm’s industry niche teams for Real Estate & Construction and Financial Services, and serves on the Firm’s internal workflow committees.
