Rachel brings over a decade of experience guiding clients through complex accounting and compliance landscapes. Known for her practical, solution-oriented approach, Rachel partners closely with C-Corporations and LLCs to translate technical requirements into actionable strategies that keep organizations audit-ready, compliant, and well-positioned for growth.

She applies her advisory specialization in equity financing, debt instruments, government grant compliance, and strategic partnerships to help businesses navigate growth and regulatory change. Rachel also leads financial statement audits for high-growth private companies in the Technology, Telecommunications, and Manufacturing sectors, aligning each engagement with her clients’ broader business goals.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), Rachel offers deep technical knowledge and broad industry insight gained from her work in both public accounting and private industry.

  • Revenue recognition (ASC 606) and stock-based compensation accounting (ASC 718)
