Ryan is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Virginia, and joined Keiter in 2012 after spending three years with a major-market Big-4 accounting firm. Ryan’s practice focuses on flow-through, corporate, and individual Federal and State tax compliance and consulting for privately-held professional services, manufacturing, distribution, retail, commercial real estate, entertainment, and construction clients. Ryan also regularly assists clients with evaluating tax implications of large asset and stock purchases/sales, mergers, and restructurings, and with financial reporting of income taxes.
Ryan is a member of the Firm’s industry niche teams for Professional Services and Manufacturing, Distribution, and Retail, the State and Local Tax and International Tax Committees, and serves on the Firm’s internal recruiting and workflow committees.

Ryan serves on the Board of Trustees of the Chesterfield Education Foundation and on the Foundation’s finance committee. He is also a member of the following professional organizations:
