We received a rating of “pass” (the highest rating) from our 2023 peer review performed by an independent firm. We are also registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. Several of our audit partners have assisted companies with their initial public offerings and have extensive experience with the SEC’s quarterly and annual filing requirements. Thus, we are qualified to audit the financial statements of SEC registrants.
