With over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, and strategic advisory, Matt brings extensive expertise in middle market companies and a track record of adding value through collaboration and operational insight.
Before joining Keiter, Matt held senior finance leadership roles at Cherry Bekaert and MWV/WestRock and provided strategic advisory and fractional CFO services to middle market companies through his firm, Farnsleigh Advisors.
Matt partners with clients and Keiter engagement teams to deliver practical, scalable financial solutions that support long-term growth. His approach emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and value creation, drawing on deep experience across industries to help clients navigate complex financial challenges and opportunities.
