Keiter earns V-TOP recognition for third consecutive year
Keiter was presented with the 2026 Top Virginia Employers for Interns Award by Virginia Talent + Opportunity Partnership (V-TOP) for the third year in a row. V-TOP is a workforce development accelerator that equips students and employers with the resources needed to maximize the shared benefits of internships and work-based learning. V-TOP is partnered with the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia, the Virginia Chamber Foundation, and the Virginia Business Higher Education Council.
A hands-on approach to internships
Keiter’s internship program provides students with two distinct pathways to explore the public accounting profession. The spring experience takes place during the firm’s busiest season, offering interns a fast-paced, real-world introduction to client service work. In the summer, interns gain a broader perspective with exposure to both tax and audit. Across both tracks, interns develop practical skills, collaborate with clients and Firm leadership, and gain valuable insight to help guide their future careers in accounting.
