At Keiter, our team volunteers time and resources to help build a stronger community. We are actively involved in numerous professional and civic organizations around central Virginia.
We were excited to get back to in-person volunteering for Keiter’s Annual Community Day in 2021. Our team participated in a variety of community support efforts for our not-for-profit clients and friends.
On behalf of the entire Keiter team, thank you to all of our nonprofit organizations that have continued to help the Richmond and surrounding communities in small and big ways.
This year, our team dedicated time and resources to the following organizations:
Over twenty Keiter employees volunteered with Keep Virginia Cozy to clean up over 100 pounds of litter from local bodies of water.
We have had the pleasure of working alongside The Doorways over the past few years, helping members of our community get the support and care they need while using temporary lodging and non-medical services when experiencing a medical crisis.
We had the opportunity to help Ronald McDonald House Charities of Richmond provide a “home-away-from-home” for families with children receiving medical care at local medical facilities during our latest Volunteer Day.
Tax Senior Associate Janet Snellings organizes boxed meals during the holiday season for Good Samaritan Ministries’ “Operation Drumstick,” which provides special meals for families in need during the holiday season.
