Firm Named 2020 Top Workplace by Richmond Times-Dispatch
The Richmond Times-Dispatch and Energage, a Pennsylvania-based employee research firm, recently released the seventh annual 2020 Top Workplaces list, where 80 Richmond businesses of all sizes were chosen based on a number of factors such as workplace life, community involvement opportunities, and work-life balance benefits. The four top-ranking businesses will be recognized according to their employment size at the Top Workplaces Awards banquet on May 5 at the Altria Theater.
Keiter is named as one of 28 top workplaces in the midsize company category for 2020. Energage invited 918 small, midsized, large and mega companies located in the Richmond area to participate in the program this year, surveying 114 of those businesses and organizations that agreed to take the Top Workplaces challenge. Employers scoring the highest locally while exceeding national benchmarks made the 2019 list.
