Keiter prioritizes the mental health of its team members and encourages a healthy work life balance. Our latest initiative #Cpavacay,#RelaxationVacation encouraged out team to take time off and document it with photos. Team members were encouraged to send in photos of themselves enjoying their PTO, and their names were entered into a drawing to win a prize. The winners of the contest were announced in September at Keiter’s Fall Tailgate party.
Keiter strives to provide comprehensive benefits and resources that support our team members’ mental health and wellness. Our other wellness offerings include:
- A dedicated Zen Zone, where employees can relax and rejuvenate as needed. The Keiter Zen Zone includes herbal sprays, a lounge chair, a weighted blanket, and fidget toys to name a few.
- Our Caregiving Leave provides an additional 80 hours of leave for an FMLA qualifying event including mental health.
