Bell and Zickefoose Promoted to Tax Partners
Keiter, a Certified Public Accounting firm, announces that Robert Darden Bell, III, CPA and Jonathan Scott Zickefoose, CPA, CM&AA have been promoted to Partner as of October 1, 2020.
Gary Wallace, managing partner of Keiter, is proud to have Darden Bell and Scott Zickefoose join the partner team.

They both started their careers at Keiter as interns and have worked hard to build their brand internally and in our market, they have developed strong areas of expertise. Darden Bell first joined Keiter as an intern in December 2007. Over his 12 year tenure, Darden has established himself with expertise in flow-through taxation, specifically, partnership taxation. He assists clients primarily in the construction and real estate industries as well as early-stage companies across a variety of industries. He participates on the Real Estate and Construction niche team and the Opportunity Zone team and supports the Emerging & Growth Business niche team. Darden is involved with the Greater Richmond Associate for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE), the Urban Land Institute and the Richmond Business Group.
Scott Zickefoose started his career with Keiter as an intern in June 2009 and developed his expertise in financial due diligence, consulting for mergers and acquisitions, transaction structuring, and emerging business and startups. Through this experience and dedication, he achieved the prestigious CM&AA certification. Scott has been instrumental in building Keiter Advisors’ Transaction Advisory Services Group and continues to work closely with others on the M&A and Business Turnaround Services teams. In addition, Scott serves as a Deacon at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church and he is involved with the Association for Corporate Growth Virginia Chapter.
