2021 Keiter Impact Award Recipient
This annual award recognizes team members that are identifying opportunities and impacting change in the areas of client service, operations, business challenges, productivity, and firm culture.
Keiter is pleased to share Nicole Tate, Workflow Supervisor, has been named the recipient of the 2021 Keiter Impact Award. Nicole demonstrated resiliency through the numerous process and software changes that the pandemic has made for our Office Services team. In addition, she made a positive impact on efficiency and productivity for our internal processes and the Firm.
Nicole consistently exemplifies Keiter’s values of collaboration and accountability while growing strong relationships within the Keiter team and our clients. She has looked outside of her role to help our team learn and leverage new software that was introduced for remote client service. She contacted our clients personally to ensure that they were informed of process changes and experienced a seamless service experience. She consistently encourages her team to address situations positively while providing honest and helpful feedback to help everyone be their best.
