Pamela Bradley, Keiter HR Talent Development Manager and overseer of Keiter’s Talent Development and Performance Management process, shared her insights on networking and building your own personal board of directors at The Richmond SHRM Rising Professionals Conference. Pamela presented at Bryant and Stratton College on October 13th.

During this presentation Pamela talked about the importance of networking and how it can empower you through your work life. Many people do not know the hidden gems of networking and Pamela shared these with the audience. Some of the things she highlighted are preparing for a networking event, teaching your name to others so that they remember you, learning others’ names, feeding a conversation to build your brand, and ending a conversation gracefully.
