RTD Top Workplace award based on employee feedback results
On May 15, the Richmond Times Dispatch hosted an event where the Greater Richmond Top Workplace companies were announced. The companies receiving this recognition were categorized by the number of employees. Keiter was in attendance for this event where the firm received the honor of being named one of the top workplaces in Richmond for a mid-size company.
Along with being recognized as a Top Workplace, the Firm also received a special award for Training. The criteria met for this award was “I get the formal training I want for my career.” This is the second year Keiter has been recognized for our Training practices.
These accolades come after a nearly yearlong process that relied on employee feedback as well as the Energage Workplace Survey that required over 35% response rate.
