Keiter was presented with the 2025 Top Virginia Employers for Interns Award by Virginia Talent + Opportunity Partnership (V-TOP) for the second year in a row. V-TOP is a workforce development accelerator that provides the resources students and businesses need to optimize the mutual benefits of internships and work-based learning. V-TOP is partnered with the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia, the Virginia Chamber Foundation, and the Virginia Business Higher Education Council.
Keiter’s award winning internship program
Keiter’s internship program offers two unique opportunities designed to immerse students in the public accounting industry. The spring tract takes place during tax season and interns are mostly focused on taxation while the summer tract exposes interns to both taxation and audit work. The goal of both internship tracts is to immerse our interns in the accounting industry by providing hands-on experience, opportunities to work alongside clients and firm leadership, and valuable insights that will help guide their next steps as they begin their accounting careers.
