This is Keiter’s 4th consecutive year winning this award. This recognition, presented by the Richmond Times Dispatch, was facilitated by Energage who invited local organizations to participate. Employees were given a scientific survey in which they rated their workplace culture. All organizations with thirty-five or more employees in the Greater Richmond region were eligible.
Keiter is proud to have received the recognition this year for the extraordinary efforts we take to provide a work environment that is full of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and relationship-building.
