Brett Sinsabaugh and Ryan Beethoven-Wilson Promoted to Partner
Keiter is pleased to announce that T. Brett Sinsabaugh, CPA, CCA, and Ryan Beethoven-Wilson, CPA, are promoted to Partner as of October 1, 2023.
Gary Wallace, managing partner, is proud to have Brett and Ryan join the Partner team. “Brett and Ryan are excellent additions to our leadership team. Each of them has developed their expertise in areas that are anticipated to be key growth sectors for the Firm. We look forward to the leadership, insights, and innovation that they will provide to our clients and team.”
Brett joined Keiter in 2011 as an audit associate with prior construction accounting industry experience. Over his tenure, Brett has focused his practice on serving the Firm’s construction industry clients while also specializing in employee benefit audit plans. He is an active member of Keiter’s Construction industry team and ERISA team. Brett is a frequent presenter at Keiter seminars and other professional events.
As a member of the Board of Trustees for Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants, Political Action Committee, Brett advocates on behalf of the CPA profession. He was instrumental in getting much needed tax conformity legislation passed in 2018. He is also a member of the National Association of Construction Auditors, the Central Virginia Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association, the Richmond District of the Associated General Contractors of Virginia, and the Central Virginia Employee Benefits Council.
Brett and his wife, Emily, are Henrico County natives with their two children. Outside of work, Brett is often found on a tennis court with his family and friends or hitting the trails or pavement for a run.
Ryan joined Keiter in 2012 as a tax senior associate with prior Big-4 public accounting experience. Ryan has grown his specialty focus areas to include professional services, real estate, manufacturing, distribution and retail industries and emerging and growth business services. He also helped launch Keiter’s Opportunity Zone team, consulting with investors and entrepreneurs on Opportunity Zone tax incentives.
Ryan takes a leadership role in the community serving as treasurer of the Chesterfield Education Foundation Board of Trustees and as a member of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants, Tax Advisory Committee. Within the Firm, Ryan is dedicated to building a collaborative team by serving on Keiter’s Recruiting and Tax Workflow Committees.
Ryan and his wife, Meredith, reside in Moseley with their two children. Outside of work and family commitments, he is an active ice hockey player and the occasional golfer.
The addition of Brett and Ryan brings Keiter’s total partner count to 21 with a team of over 180 total professionals focused on serving clients in Virginia and throughout the U.S.
