Virginia Business highlighted Jen Flinchum for her trailblazing contributions to remote work at Keiter through the 2022 Virginia Business Women in Leadership Awards. Flinchum is one of 42 executives featured in the July 2022 publication.
An early focus on flexible work arrangements
When Flinchum began her career at Keiter, there was only a small portion of women in the accounting world and she wanted to change that. Because of Flinchum’s contributions, many employees were able to have more flexible work arrangements that suited their needs.
Flinchum stated; “I helped staff, mainly women at the time, find solutions for their careers that fit each stage of life.”
