Michael is a Manager in Keiter’s Business Assurance and Advisory Services department. Michael joined Keiter in January 2018 and has developed a dedication for providing value to his clients through the highest form of quality service.
Michael performs on-site assurance services which include risk assessment procedures, understanding and testing of internal controls, analytical procedures and testing of detail transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements.
Michael has a wide array of clients including for-profit and not-for-profit entities. He specializes in SEC custody examinations and employee benefit plan audits.
