Rachel has over 10 years of accounting, auditing, and payroll experience in both corporate and public accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Payroll Professional (CPP).
Rachel performs on-site assurance services which include risk assessment procedures, understanding and testing of internal controls, analytical procedures and testing of detail transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. Her clients include emerging and high growth companies in the healthcare, technology, and manufacturing industries. She works with privately held businesses that have complex capital structures.
Rachel is a member of Keiter’s Emerging Growth and Technology, Healthcare, and Retail, Manufacturing, and Distribution industry teams. She also performs employee benefit plan audits and is a member of the Firm’s ERISA team.
