Keiter is ranked as #8 in the midsized company category for Virginia’s Top Workplaces
This is Keiter’s 5th consecutive year winning this award, but this year was rather special. Keiter was recognized this year particularly for our training programs for career advancement. This recognition, presented by The Richmond Times Dispatch, was facilitated by Energage who invited 1,141 organizations to participate. Employees were given a survey in which they rated their workplace culture. In the feedback, employees also provided insights on what makes their workplace unique. All organizations with 35 or more employees in the Greater Richmond region were eligible.
Keiter employees are saying that they “receive the formal training they want for their careers”. Keiter is proud to have received the recognition for all of the effort our team puts into our training process. We focus on the transfer of knowledge and the importance of collaboration and team building.
