Four Senior Managers Promoted to Partner
Keiter is pleased to announce that Jim Chinn, CPA; Melissa Dambach, CPA, CFP®, CDFA; Elizabeth Lewis, CPA; and Paul Staples, CPA, are promoted to Partner as of October 1, 2024.
Gary Wallace, managing partner, is proud to have Jim, Melissa, Elizabeth, and Paul join the partner team. “These individuals are a great addition to our leadership team and are an integral part of our growth strategy. They have developed strong areas of expertise and actively seek opportunities to build Keiter into a destination CPA firm for both our team and clients. We look forward to the collaboration and innovation they will each provide to Keiter in the coming years.”
Jim joined Keiter in 2017 and provides tax consulting and compliance services to privately owned businesses and individual clients, with a focus on the health and medical services and real estate industries. He is a leader in Keiter’s Health & Medical Services team and volunteers as the treasurer of The Community Tax Law Project, the nation’s oldest low-income taxpayer clinic.
Melissa has over 20 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in tax planning, consulting, and compliance services for high-net-worth families and their entities. She is a member of Keiter’s Family, Executive & Entrepreneur Advisory Services team and is a certified Financial Planner, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst and holds her CPA license in Virginia, California, and Idaho.
Elizabeth joined Keiter in 2011 and specializes in serving large not-for-profit organizations, real estate companies, and real estate investment funds. She serves on Keiter’s Financial Services and Real Estate and Construction teams. Elizabeth is a member and former president of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Richmond, an organization that promotes the advancement of women in commercial real estate fields.
Paul began his career journey at Keiter as an intern in 2012 and has developed extensive experience in business tax planning and compliance and in transaction advisory consulting for clients in the real estate and financial service industries. Paul co-leads the Firm’s Cost Segregation team and is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate & Construction and Financial Services teams. Outside of work he leads philanthropic efforts as a member of the Massey Alliance.
The addition of the four new promotions brings Keiter’s total partner count to 25 with a team of over 180 total professionals focused on serving businesses, families, executives, and entrepreneurial clients in Virginia and throughout the U.S. Learn more about our Firm.
